Windows 10 anniversary update freezes

I have failed to install the Windows 10 1607 update several times.  I've run the troubleshooter, I've installed from my PC and from the MS site.  The install fails at 32% completion.  It freezes & the entire PC freezes as well.  Using a Lenovo all in one pc.


 


Could this be caused by Bitdefender?  SHould I turn it off temporarily?

    Might I suggest uninstalling Bitdefender, retrying the update.


    Regardless of the outcome, upgrade to 2017. Create a account on central.bitdefender.com and migrate your key.
