Bitdefender won't let me install IS 2017
Hello. I'm having problems with installing Bitdefender Internet Security 2017. I've installed Bitdefender Internet Security 2017 but from now on instead of Internet Security it's Total Security 2017 now. The problem is when I install Bitdefender Internet Security 2017 it always comes out with Total Security. Please help me.

Download the uninstall Tool and run as administrator, http://www.bitdefender.com/site/view/uninstall_consumer_trial.html it will remove all traces of the Bitdefender from your PC registry, then restart the computer. After restart run the BIS 2017 installation on the link that passed, that will surely work. Good luck!0 -
Having the same issue (and more). I helped a friend/client do a clean install of Windows 7. I tried to install the trial of IS 2017 then he was going to purchase and activate. I got the install file from here:

I installed and it was TS instead of IS. Thinking perhaps I used the wrong link I re-downloaded it, ran the uninstall tool, rebooted, reinstalled and it was again TS not IS! I then ran the uninstall tool again, then ran revo uninstaller to remove every trace. I rebooted and checked for any remaining files and folders. All looked good. I also tried to delete his central account so the trail of TS was no longer tied to it.
I did not try to install again. I waited till he came over to pick up the computer and had him purchase IS. After we got the activation code we set back up the central account. I added the activation code and proceeded with the install. It installed TS trail again!! Now when when I enter the activation code it says it's been used yet there is only the trial of TS under subscriptions!0 -
