I installed bitdefender free beta 1.0.3.9 on Windows 10 pro 64bit
No have any other security solutions installed!

Those settings are handled by the Group Policy and not Bitdefender.
Please contact our support at bitsy@bitdefender.com with the logs from the Bitdefender Support Tool to further investigate the cause of this.

EDIT : Please also provide them with the logs from the BDsys tool as there are known infections that damage this setting in order to protect themselves. Might be a remnant.0 -

Same situation as yours but i can easily show/hide files. I think u have another problem not caused by Bitdefender0
