Installation Bitdefender Total Security 2017 doesn't work
Because i don't get support from Bitdefender, i hope someone reads this topic and can help me.
After starting installation i get a message that my internet connection is to slow. But i have a fast internet connection. Then the installation stops. This only happens on one of the three computers i have. On the other computers i could install Bitdefender without any problem, this with the same internet connection.
So i think this is a bug.
I allready send supportrequest to Bitdefender, but they don't answer. Because of this, my computer is now unprotected. I had 2016 installed, but because of 2017 i had to uninstall 2016 first.
Please help me.

I have confidence in my colleagues from support that they will be able to assist with the matter at hand.
Please reply to their email with the logs from the Bitdefender Support Tool Log, this will give them a better view on the situation and allow them to provide you with a solution.

Also the Connectivity logs would also be a great help in resolving this issue.

Please note that connectivity issues can also occur when the machine is unable to resolve a hostname or simply has a faulty network driver and the most common of them all, remnants from other security solutions (if it doesn't show up on your Control Panel that doesn't mean its not there)0 -
i have the exact same issues!! their support just terrible installation problem exist since bitdefender 2015!!! i been having so much issue only way to install is use offline installation hack method found in google!! such terrible support and coding!0 -

Do a clean install of bitdefender using the uninstaller tool of bitdefender http://www.bitdefender.com/uninstall/0
