To my deep regret Bitdefender Antivirus Free Edition 2014 is not updated for more than three days.

This is the beginning of the end of this antivirus or temporary failure?

    If you will be encountering problems with older version there is new Bitdefender Free 2017 version with various improvements including Windows 10 support.

    Talked in chat with tech support (#DGIGZLZTDRJYSHWD46QC36).

    Recommended to restore antivirus. Recommendations fulfilled. The antivirus works normally as before, except for the database updates which are not updated for 4 days.


    P.S. Finally, the update arrived.

    I understand you correctly, that soon will end support for version 2014?

    If so, very sorry. Very light antivirus with good protection. 2016 was a bit heavier, though, and the defense has improved. But I had enough and the old version. Sorry. Thank you for this antivirus.
