Hello harley,
You can use glary utilities to remove confidential data. It's freeware and you can download it here. But removing your documents you have to do yourself. After you have done that install the program. First run the 1-click maitenance and press on scan for issues,after that press on the modules tab and select the option privacy&security tracks eraser. There are still plenty of other options as shredding files so they can't be recovered encrypt them so they can't be read.
