Problem with installig BD Total 2017
Hi,
i bought year subcription for BD Total 2k17, and there's a problem that i can't install it because it shows that i have to uninstall Microsoft Security Client, but when i hit "Uninstall" button nothing happen. I was waiting a few hours but the status was the same.

Hello,
Have you tried going into Control Panel and removing the application like any other ?

I didn't tried this method but i have win 10 and i don't have Microsoft essentials. It's a new computer so the only antivirus is the Windows Defender.0 -

A new computer wouldn't have the Microsoft Security Client, the machine was upgraded to Windows 10 from most likely Windows 7.
I would advise contacting our support team via bitsy@bitdefender.com with the logs from the Bitdefender Support Tool attached.
