I purchased Bitdefender a week ago and have already been charged on the credit card.  No activation email sent.

  • Check if the email is on the spam or on the other folders of your emails. I got the activation email with no other issues. 


    But if you still not get the email please contact them directly at  https://www.bitdefender.com/support/ default_happy.png
