Had this issue in TS 2017 also.  Just to confirm that this is a known issue in the 2018 product and is being worked on????  Thanks in advance.

    Please follow the steps below to resolve the encountered situation :


    - open Chrome

    - type in the address : chrome://flags and press Enter

    - go to : Experimental QUIC protocol and disable it

    - close Chrome and open it back again
