Install Prompts frequently after Home Scanner Uninstallation

Hello,
I was using Home Scanner for a while and I decided to uninstall the program via Settings -> Apps. Now after I removed the program, I keep getting install prompts and this is what comes up frequently. This is the installation for Home Scanner. I thought maybe the uninstall process went wrong so I tried installing/uninstalling but the problem persists. Just want it to stop showing up. I don't want to reinstall it. I’m using Windows 10.
How do I stop this? See attached file.
