Search Advisor not working in Windows 10 ver. 1803
Hello, boys!
Search Advisor is present in yours browsers after updating to version 1803 of Windows 10?
Not for me
I have reinstated BitTS 2018, but unsuccessfully, Green Bulline is missing
Not in Mozilla Firefox, not in Google Chrome ...
What to do?

Confirmed on my end, too after the Windows 1803 update.
Both for FF and Chrome, both for Google and Bing.
BDIS Build# 22.0.20.260.
I'm sure something that significant from Microsoft will require a patch from BD, understandable.

Thanks for sending in the email alert to bitsy for us, Matei0 -
with pleasure, Columbo!
But from the email dialog, I understand that they do not have the problem, or do not want to admit it
They ask me to make various settings, settings that are already made default
I apologize for English, written in many mistakesWindows 11 Pro - 11th Gen Intel Core i9-11900KF @3,50 GHz, 128.0 GB RAM

No problem as far as the English, (your post is understood) as I only know 1 language and sometimes not even that very well, so kudos to you0 -

Still no Search Advisor on my end after another day and running a BD update and PC reboot. This will probably work itself out in the coming days. At least I didn't have a Firewall issue0 -
I have same issue. Still no Search Advisor after updating to Windows 10 version 1803. I even completely uninstalled Bitdefender and reinstalled but I never had an issue with the firewall.0 -
it looks like you are unique! I have Windows 10, x64 and no search advisor worksWindows 11 Pro - 11th Gen Intel Core i9-11900KF @3,50 GHz, 128.0 GB RAM

I checked 2 computers. One running all 32 bit including Windows, the other computer running all 64 bit and both are missing Search Advisor in the browsers.0 -

Hello,
The situation should be resolved after a restart. Can you confirm?0 -

All problems come from Bitdefender Certificates that do not install correctlyWindows 11 Pro - 11th Gen Intel Core i9-11900KF @3,50 GHz, 128.0 GB RAM

My tip: From Programs and Features, double-click on Bitdefender and choose Reinstall
After installation, before the first update of Bitdefender, open the browsers and check if the search advisor is working.
It should work
After the first restart, the Bitdefender Certificates should not be modified, so search adviser will continue to work
The second reboot, imposed by Bitdefender updating, will fix the wallet issue (key recognition)
Good luck to everyone!Windows 11 Pro - 11th Gen Intel Core i9-11900KF @3,50 GHz, 128.0 GB RAM

Thanks for the good work, BD team0 -
Tried a complete uninstall with Bitdefender Uninstall Tool and removed leftover Bitdefender folders from ProgramData. Reinstalled Bitdefender and Search Advisor is still missing. I guess I’ll have to wait for update.0 -
Tried one more time to reinstall Bitdefender and still no Search Advisor.0 -
Finally got Search Advisor to work. I had Scan SSL turned off. I turned it on rebooted and Search Advisor was on all browsers except Chrome. Had to disable Experimental QUIC Protocol in Chrome and it works. I used the following to disable it:https://www.bitdefender.com/support/how-to-disable-quic-protocol-in-google-chrome-1669.html0 -
