Any way to report a possible false alert?
Today when I was doing a full system scan one file was reported being infected with a virus. The exact same file didn't trigger any alerts last week when it was scanned. I've had this file on my system for a long time and it comes from a reliable source which makes me think it's a false positive. Should also mention I have the same file in two different locations and it was reported in both these locations (and moved to quarantine).
Is there any way I can report this or have the file checked if it indeed contains anything harmful?

OK, was thinking there was some way doing it directly from inside the application by simply right-clicking the file/potential threat and especially when using the payware version but thanks for the email address!
Will send them an email.0 -

I report a generall false alram and that is detecting and moving to quarantine the crack, keygen and patch with bitdefender
I request that delete this false alarm because none of them or 99 percent of them not dangerous or virus but bitdefender says melicous and not correct

Hello,
I would recommend submitting false positives on our website: https://www.bitdefender.com/submit/0 -
Thanks, will keep that in mind going forward.0
