Update 1004 error


Hello


 


I have an issue with Bitdefender Internet Security 2019. When, i try manually update the product, Bitdefender say - Your database is not up to date. I am try to reinstal Bitdefender, but It did not help. And once in notification menu show warning about the update. The warning said - update error 1004. How can I solve this issue?

    That error is: Could not connect to proxy or server


    Press Windows key + R then type: appwiz.cpl "smash" enter - locate Bitdefender "smash" enter again - click uninstall on Bitdefender and select repair

  • Ok, I'm solved this issue yesterday. It was wrong translated. When I do manual update, Bitdefender show me - your product is not up to date. And when I click about, I can see that virus database are up to date. Thanks for your, to help.
