"Ask mode" for firewall

Hi,


How can I turn on some kind of Ask mode for firewall? I want to decide what application cat get internet access and what isn't ? As I understand it's alert mode, right?


If yes, why it says Allow or Block only? I want to be able create a rule. (It's probably created rule, but if yes can you add ''Allow for now" option?)


And last question. When firewall ask me Allow/Block and I don't choose anything then message just closed and what happen? Is app get internet access or not? How can I change it? I think this alert shouldn't close without my choose.
