Disable automatic analyse on pCloud virtual disk

Hi,


I have Bitdefender Internet Security 2019 and a few months ago, I've subscribed pCloud service. I've installed pCloud client on my computer and it created a virtual network drive so I can access my pCloud storage just like a simple hard disk drive.


The problem is everytime I boot my computer, Bitdefender analyses this virtual drive. I have no need for this and wanted to disable it configuring this drive as an exception on the quick analyse; but it do not work. Do you have an idea on how I can achieve this, please ?

    Hi,


    Depending on whether this drive is seen as a local or network mapped resource by your device you'll need to toggle off one of the options below:


    - open Bitdefender and click on Protection from the side-menu


    - click on Settings under the Antivirus column


    - click on the Drives and Devices tab


    - disable Scan Flash drives or Scan network mapped drives
