Rescue Environment Glitch
When booting to Bitdefender's Rescue Environment, the Bitdefender scan screen flashes on for a brief second before stopping and the PC reboots again but this time goes back to booting to windows and the scan is never completed. How can we fix this so that the Rescue Environment actually works?
Also, after a full system scan, Bitdefender finds two infections but does not display any info about where the infections are located on the PC and only gives me the option to the Rescue Environment. How can I see where these infections are on my PC?
Bitdefender Total 2019
Win 10 64bit

This most commonly shows up on devices that are missing a recovery partition. You can create one by following this article.
