hello,
You will find all you want to know here :0 -
My advice is to uninstall BitDefender 2019 (using uninstall tool),
then from Bitdefender Central you can install version 2020.
So you will get rid of any problems.Windows 11 Pro - 11th Gen Intel Core i9-11900KF @3,50 GHz, 128.0 GB RAM

Matei, I have the following installed (per Revo Uninstaller)
Bitdefender Device Management (v 24.0.6.34)
Bitdefender Agent (v 23.0.8.111)
Bitdefender Home Scanner (v 1.0.6.146)
Bitdefender Total Security (v 23.0.22.97)
Bitdefender VPN (v 24.0.1.672)
How do I know which uninstall tool I should use? Should I ensure all Bitdefender applications are uninstalled?
In the Bitdefender app on my PC I don't see any option to display what version of Bitdefender is installed.
BTW I also have the Bitdefender Box installed.0 -
OK I just discovered that if I right-click on the BD icon in the systray (bottom right corner of my Win10 PC) and then click "About" it does display that I have BD Total Security 2020 installed and it is build 24.0.6.31 thus I have the latest. IMHO this is a rather weird way to get that information. It is one of those things you need to "learn" about the application and not something that is intuitive and user-friendly.0 -
Is everything ok now?
Enjoy the new Bitdefender.
Bitdefender will completely uninstall (without Revo Uninstaller) using the appropriate uninstall utility here:
https://www.bitdefender.com/site/view/uninstall_consumer_paid.html
After restarting the PC, in Control Panel, you will not find anything from Bitdefender
