Auto Update Total Security from 2019 to 2020

I currently subscribe to Total Security 2019. We are told that 2020 will "automatically be pushed to each of us with 2019. Does anyone know when Total Security will be pushed?

    At this moment Bitdefender 2020 can be installed only from a fresh install from Bitdefender Central account. At this moment we do not have an ETA for the upgrade via automatic updates.

    I took information from another post regarding upgrades. The instructions to upgrade from 2019 to 2020 were clear and accurate. Updated both my PC's and the update was totally transparent. All my settings remained the same. Great customer service with even better results. This reinforced the reason why I left AVG.
