A friend of mine uses Bitdefender and is unable to install the executable inside the attached file

the files appears to be clean
May I know if Bitdefender is reporting any error or not, or any security warning.
Kindly disable real time protection in Bitdefender and try to reinstall corel. Post successful installation kindly resume the Bitdefender real time protection.

Thanks for the response. Actually this may not be a false positive, but something else.
The file above was downloaded on my computer from the same site as my friend, but her download had a different name. When I installed my version on her PC, everything worked.
I tried attaching her version to this post, but the file dialog went into an infinite loop, and I had to use TaskManager to close the browser.
My version came fI recognize that these are two separate sites, but they are both reachable from Corel.com. The site you land on depends on the computer, the browser (Edge vs Chrome) and the search engine (Bing vs Google).
In any case I ran a full system scan on my friend's computer and at 40% it said it resolved 1 issue. I will try to write back later when the scan completes to see what issues it reports.

There is no need to attach file, kindly provide a virustotal link of both the scanned files. That will be enough to investigate. Once virustotal link is received I can easily share the hashes of both the files with research team in order to investigate.
