Bitdefender Mobile conflict with Amazon Chime
Just installed Bitdefender Mobile Security on my wife's phone and now she is having problems with inconsistent delivery of messages within the Amazon Chime application. We have Premium Security package with unlimited VPN coverage. My understanding is that Amazon Chime is not an SMS-based app, but is web-based, so web protection is causing a bottleneck in message traffic. Is this a VPN problem, or a web protection problem? Is there a setting that can minimize the bottleneck?

- If you have an iphone, open Bitdefender app, then try turning OFF VPN and web protection and see if the issue still persists. Web protection module also uses VPN services to protect your data and privacy.
- Some web applications are restricted to few geographical locations. So turning OFF VPN and web protection should work here.
- Also you can try selecting any other server location manually (attaching screenshots below):

Yes, she has an iPhone, and this recommended solution solved the problem. Had to disable both VPN and Web Protection in order to use Amazon Chime. Inconvienant, kinda defeats the purpose of Bitdefender protection since she has to be able to access Amazon Chime at all hours of the day. It would be nice if your programs played nice together.
