    Have you had installshield before and/or did it come with your PC? I had some old log files that were password protected, and not being scanned that turned out to be remnants of McAfee antivirus. If you don't have any need for them / any need for installshield you should be able to transfer sole ownership of the files to yourself and delete them if you wanted to.
