Android reports not working

BD tech told me to uninstall and reinstall app. It solved the problem for 1 week. Now I'm 3 weeks out from that and my reports page says 0 apps scanned and 0 URL's detected. I garentee that it's been scanning apps and blocking URL's. But nothing in Reports would tell me that. Now tech support says it's a known problem but wouldn't give me any reference number to that problem. Anyone else seeing this thing? 0's on you Android Reports Page?

  • I'm having same issue, haven't spoke with support yet...thought I'd see if there was any solution on here first.

  • And it's still not fixed. I've reported it way too many times and I'm tired of it. They need to fix it NOW.
