Where can I download the latest BD IS 2008 version with all the latest updates ? cause I can not use the online installer...as I have a slow net connection...can you give me a download link ?

Also, there isn't an online installer of BD. There is only one, offline installer.
But the installer is made to look for newer versions of the installer on the web. Maybe that's why it looks look an online installer. To prevent it to check for new versions, you can either:
- manually download the latest installer from the web (crysty posted the link)
- disconnect your computer from the network before starting the installer (so the installer won't be able to look for new versions, so it will install what it already has)
As crysty said, there isn't any installer that contains all updates, because new updates are released every hour. Also, new actual installers are only uploaded on the server is only when a new build is released (which is kinda rare).
