Installation of Bitdefender on another computer
Hello the Community
Can I ask you 2 questions ?
- My subscription (Bitdefender antivirus plus) I have just renewed today allows me to protect a second computer.
I followed all the explanations I could find but my 2e computer seems not to be protected : It is was I can read in my account.
2. I read somewhere that the 2e computer would be protected with Bitdefender Security (and not Bitdefender antivirus plus I paid for).
I am completely lost with everything concerning computers and so on……
Can you help me please ? (with the most simple explanations possible….).

Thanks for this quick answer.
The second computer is very new : Dell inspiron 15 3535. With windows 11. Still under garantee.
I didn't check the technical informations you gave me but I am sure that everything is OK for this technical part. Please, See screen shot under. The PC win10 is OK but not the other despite I correctly (I hope) downloaded the program….

Thank you. That helps. Your new Dell is fine, but I would contact support from the link below, as it could be a subscription issue that support needs to help figure out, since it was just renewed today.
Click on Purchase & Manage Subscription and go through the prompts until you get to the black Contact Support box. You will have the the options of Chat, Call or Email. Chat is the quickest way to get thing started, phone support is not toll-free.
They will be able to see on their end what may be causing the issue.

Thanks to your advices, I could (at last) install BD on my second PC. I got in touch with the Custumers Service, and another very kind guy helped me. All this technological world is very not familiar to me…..
