AV Settings (Windows) can be able to be uploaded or synchronized???
Hi,
I have installed Bitdefender : Total Security recently, and setting up configs, so the question is: the settings can be able to be uploaded or synchronized? because, it´s possible I'll executing a complete format or replacing ssd and I would like keep my configs.
P.D I fall on laziness to configure them again.

Wait, AV settings getting synchronized with Bitdefender Central? I’ve never heard of such an idea before, and honestly, I’m stunned! 😂 This seems like a completely revolutionary concept.

haha I said that because actually all software and other tools does the same thing for example : Windows 11 when you choose download all your personal info, apps and settings

Yes, they are. The settings are saved locally, and when uninstalling the product but marking I want to reinstall then the settings are saved and then, at reinstall time, are restored when first starting the services. The uninstall option for reinstall is crucial, if this is not specified, uninstallation will not save the settings and on a subsequent install the product will get configured with the defaults. I'm not sure if absolutely everything is saved, there are a lot of components and I don't know the code and status for each and every one of them, but this is indeed a feature (and I have implemented it several years ago, I believe it was like 2016-2017 or something like that).
