I just heard from my family that someone was almost defrauded of investing and almost transferred their money to an unknown account because of this... It's unbelievable.😲...

  • @ysq Kindly try to consolidate the information into a single comment when opening a new thread, and explain what that text message actually says, because not everyone understands the language. Otherwise, this post isn't really helpful, if we don't get what the message says. A detailed description of the scam attempt can help us better identify the actual scam tactics used and raise awareness.

Your other comments didn't make much sense either, as such please be advised that I have removed them.
Keep in mind that this isn't really a chat, there must be some coherence in the comments and they should include as much relevant information as possible, to be useful to readers.

    Thank you.

OK, thanks for the reminder. I have received this scam text message countless times, and every time I receive it, it seems that there are some problems with my network. I don't know the real reason, maybe it's part of a larger conspiracy?I used Truecaller for blocking, which is very effective and convenient for investigation and evidence preservation. It is also a very good anti-fraud software.I have used tails before, but it will also be blocked. It is incredible that such advanced detection technology of official telecommunications cannot handle this kind of fraudulent text messages, so my help scope has been extended to the international anti-fraud forum. I need to let everyone Everyone knows exactly what happened. I am using a South Korean Samsung phone, not a North Korean Arirang phone.Censorship of official speech helps fraud syndicates grow their businesses, rather than making crime disappear. Maybe there is some form of deal between them? If not, please cancel the censorship of speech and investigate the real criminals! This is what I ultimately want to express

    Regards

  • Ok. I understand. What does your mobile carrier have to say about these messages? Did they provide any advice or support whatsoever? Truecaller is a good option, in my opinion.

I reported this issue to my ISP a long time ago and you know some things are basically inefficient. So turecaller is indeed another option. The financial fraud involved in political fraud in some government departments is always related to Taiwan. There cannot be no reason why scam text messages or fraud groups are rampant like that....

    Hello @ysq,

It's been a while since I have been away, but I would like to share a similar story I have on this and also would like to share the steps that I have taken precaution to overcome issue like this and I am not standing on anybody's side on this but just a neutral explanation. So this similar issue have been going on to me for 2 months until I have done the following.

Firstly, yes this issue should be on the ISP side and would agree as yes normally the ISP can't do anything in this case as they will need to get to the main multimedia commision in ones country which will take a long time to get back to and to also know if the agree or not to block it. But normally for this cases it's useless as the attacker has your number and can use other numbers or applications to mimic a random number to then send an sms/message or call you like what you are going through which is well hard to block that person permanently.

Yes, truecaller and other call blocking apps will work, but if you want to permanently block them off like me which I got fed up with scam/spam calls, I would firstly ask you to only add official phone numbers from you bank, ISP, goverment centers etc before turning on block for international/unknown callers in your calling application if you're using android like me (I will attach the screenshot below for your reference). Doing so will in a way white list the stated phone numbers as well as your own contacts that you have added into your list of contacts like family, friends, work contacts, etc. This for me at the moment is a permanent solution.

In terms of INTERPOL and also the scam text group, it has been on the rise and I believe that the respective agencies are doing all that they can as we have seen recently updated Operation HAECHI V where they have seized more than $400 million in virtual assets and government backed currencies. But for now, I have been noticing while using the Bitdefender apps on Windows, Mac and Android, I get scam and also phishing links blocked in almost instantly when a text or notification comes in (I will add a screenshot below as well for this to support this part) before and after the update to scam copilot, both scam copilot and scam alert does work like a charm.

For now I will say that if you want to permanently block, you can download the truecaller as stated above which is good if you want to know who is calling as truecaller database are normally updated on the fly or the other option is like me where I explained in paragraph 2. Who knows maybe Bitdefender is working on something like this and we may see a rollout somewhere in the future? We can only hope for now 😉 right @Alexandru_BD?😅

Anyways, I hope this help you out abit @ysq and I look forward to your warm reply. The screenshot below are for your refernce to the areas that I have bold in Paragraph 2 and 3 respectively.

    Best Regards,

Sim card hijacking, I just turned on the Bluetooth headset, two people walked by, and the mobile phone signal immediately switched from 5G to 4G When I turned on my Bluetooth headphones and listened to music, there was a sound.

What I am referring to is political fraud. There is no need for me to be controlled by the CCP and do things against my will. Is there such a technology to control mobile phone signals through Bluetooth?

Yes, well, I hope the FBI or the relevant Interpol can destroy those hacker groups working for evil👌👍🙏🤝

  • Thank you @Flanksy for sharing this insigtful information with us. 👍️

@ysq I think most of the things that you experienced can be technically explained. Bluetooth operates on the 2.4 GHz frequency band, which is shared with Wi-Fi and can sometimes interfere with mobile networks or other devices nearby. If the two people walking by had devices emitting signals in the same frequency range (e.g., smart devices, other Bluetooth devices, or even Wi-Fi), this could cause brief signal interference that leads to your phone switching to 4G. The switch from 5G to 4G might also be caused by environmental obstructions or the distance between you and the nearest 5G tower. If the people walking by were carrying something that caused physical signal attenuation (e.g., metal objects or large bags), this could also explain the switch.

Some phones have power-saving features or settings that prioritize stability over speed. When Bluetooth is enabled and actively in use, the device may switch to 4G for better compatibility or to conserve battery. As for the sound you mentioned, this anomaly could also stem from the headphones themselves, such as firmware glitches or interference from other wireless devices.

    Let's keep it on-topic, please.

    Thank you.

@Alexandru_BD It's such a coincidence, only a certain time and place and a certain person would have something like this happen. For example, when I'm at home, this happens and when I sleep, it moves to my bedside position. How can you explain that I was blocked when using tails in the past? This is a country that has a perverted level of surveillance.

@Flanksy It turns out that you have encountered the same situation as me Interpol's work is fruitful, and the latest operations include China, Russia, etc... Yes, there are some frauds with political intentions and purposes that will eventually be exposed and punished. I personally can't do anything more. I can only provide you with what I have experienced and seen for your reference and communication. In fact, such a situation does exist, and it is quite serious.
