Split Tunneling in Games!
I play so many games, but I have to disconnect the vpn. I hope bitdefender have the option to select the game to split tunneling.

We are thankful for the great suggestion and we're already working on it. This feature should arrive with the next update, estimated in March.
Currently, Split Tunneling allows only to route websites outside the VPN connection, to access the Internet directly.

Hi @Scott,
Whenever new features are implemented, the "What's new" window will display information about new and improved features and this way the users are kept informed of the latest developments, once the update containing the changes reaches their devices.
The support articles, part of the self service area located in the Support Center are also updated accordingly and I have now requested for the split tunneling section from here to be brought up to date as well, to reflect the split tunneling for apps feature. 😉

After going thru the trouble of adding every exe file associated with a game (League of Legends) to the tunnel list, including the anticheat program, the game still fails to connect to the internet. I've double and triple checked that I've added all exe files to the split tunnel list, disabled the kill switch setting and still have no idea why it doesnt work.
I know that split tunneling works, as I use a streaming service that refuses to load content if connected to a VPN; and I am able to access content on the site with the VPN active. But for League of Legends I get connectivity if I disconnect the VPN or allow traffic to pass through the VPN and pure failure for split tunneling. The best result I managed to get was when I only added the "League of Legends.exe" to the split tunnel list; but I got disconnected like clockwork for about 15 seconds every 2 minutes; which isnt ideal for an online multiplayer game
