Unable to login in bitdefender websites

Hi!
May God be pleased with you mates, today i ve a unique and very strange problem. plz pay attention , it's not an ordinary or usual thing.
i performed a clean installation of win 10 pro , then i tried to log in to my bitdefender central account , the web sites denied to accept my password, then i tried to log in using my google account ( clicked on the google icon ) and since yesterday , bitdefender central and bitdefender forum's websites are sending an authentication codes right inside my email ( on gmail login ) but those codes are returning with errors that unable to sign in :

i downloaded b.defender's free version & installed it but i was unable to be updated even the icon's color was fade. any how i performed a clean install again from a new media installation device, tried to login but results were same.
Then downloaded bitdefender central app on my cell ph and sent a link to my email and finally installed the bitdefender , but could not login to bitdefender central or forum till now, then i used bitdefender vpn and i was allowed to log in to my bitdefender central and forum accounts. i need to know what is that issue? @Flexx @Alexandru_BD @Gjoksi @fedor @Petersl @Flanksy @camarie @Scott any expert? it's a very serious issue which could cut me off from entire bitdefender services and from all of the friends here. plz help.

Which browser are you using? Maybe a different browser might work or reset the browser to standard setting with any add-ons or widgets disabled and use a private window.

Using Chrome and Firefox, I was unable to sign in to the Bitdefender forum without a VPN. The sign-in codes did not work unless I was connected to a VPN.

@Petersl its auto fixed but its v strange that no one had any idea about it including @Alexandru_BD & top 10 defenders of the month. :)

It could have been that your ISP was blocking the login to bitdefender as it work for you when connected to a VPN.

Well, we are not wizards here. Sometimes, we can't really know why users encounter login issues. These can be caused by various things, including VPNs, firewalls, other specific settings on that device, server issues, etc.

Such issues should be addressed to the Support teams, as they have the required tools to investigate and know what questions to ask whenever the user encounters difficulties logging in the Bitdefender applications. Some troubleshooting steps are specific and can only be provided by Support, as these types of inquiries usually involve account information.

I must say that I find your comment a bit condescending, especially since you've tagged multiple members on this thread, saying that they have no idea about this.. They are not required to know these things, or to offer you a working solution. I remind you that you are on a forum, where members help each other voluntarily, if and whenever they can, in their own time.

As such, they are not obligated to jump on the thread with replies just because you tagged them. It is up to each person whether they want to engage in the conversation or if they feel they can contribute with useful information, or not. Otherwise, I think it's natural for there to be abstentions.

In the future, please refrain from tagging everyone on the leaderboard in your posts, as this does not guarantee that you will receive a response. And if you do not receive a useful or timely response here, you can always contact the support teams.

I have always regarded the pro members of the Bitdefender forum as a brotherhood, and my long-standing conduct is a testament to this. I'm curious as to why you've come to believe that I consider them obligated to me, employees of Bitdefender, or neglectful if they don't respond.

Since the very beginning, I have made it a practice to tag pro members, and you yourself have been at the top of that list. Given that no one, including you, has objected to this practice over the past year and a half, I am a bit surprised as to why it has become an issue now.

I would also like to understand since when tagging someone has been considered inappropriate.

I recall mentioning previously that your and the other members' demeanor is quite remarkable, something I have yet to experience on any other forum. This, to me, is a direct result of your character and your dedication to resolving issues. My comment was made simply as a friendly observation based on our cordial relationship. I had no intention of causing any offense and am truly surprised that it was taken so negatively, as my point was not meant to be critical and your past behavior has never suggested such a reaction. Perhaps you might consider a different perspective on the matter.

Of course there's nothing inappropriate to tag members, but don't expect everyone to react in due time. My point is that I don't think it's polite to say that no one has any idea, if you haven't received a satisfactory answer, or any answer at all. 😉
