Hello All,
I've got a problem which I'm hoping someone in the community can help me with. I used to have a subscription to "Total Security" which is expiring in a few days, so I have upgraded to "Premium Security". I'm on Windows 11.
However my Bitdefender app on the laptop still says "Bitdefender Total Security", not "Premium Security". When I check my subscription in Bitdefender Central it does show that Premium is active and installed on my 4 devices. But my laptop device clearly says "Total Security".
What is going on with this? Will the app upgrade to Premium when the Total Security subscription expires? Not sure what is wrong.
