If I want to change any of Bitdefender definitons (like Privacy » Protection for Audio and Video) you need to enter a password (this defintion is under Definition » Manage your password). This passoword IS DIFFERENT FROM BITDEFENDER ACCOUNT PASSWORD.
Problem is that I cannot get to the configuration as Bitdefender keeps saying it is the wrong password (again this is not the Bitdefender account password) but there is no option to recover this password. How to do I do that? I need to change some of my configuration. Thanks for any help on this.
