Thurs. 03/19/26 — Hi; I'm writing as a recent convert to Bitdefender from Norton 360. I installed it last Saturday [3/14/26]. By the following Wednesday [yesterday], I began to get a red notice on the app's Home page that I had a 'data breach.' Of course, I was alarmed and followed the link. Whereas previously, the identity theft features came with the suite, in Bitdefender that doesn't happen. I followed the link knowing that I'd see the source. However, I saw a sales pitch. For this one, and for the Digital Theft Protection. Not interested at the moment, but it won't go away. When I was offline, though, it doesn't show. Only when I reconnect to the 'Net. This is why I consider it a false data breach notice - I never got one, didn't get pointed to the source, no options to fix it unless I buy something additional to what I purchased 6 days ago; none of that.
So, my question is: HOW can I make this annoyance on the Home screen of the Bitdefender Individual Premium app [on Windows 11 desktop] go away when I'm online? I'd greatly appreciate a solution.
