FYI, it's not possible to setup a new standing order on the Barclasys bank site using Safepay at the moment. When you get to the screen to select from your accounts, nothing is displayed except the "Back" button. If you click on that you get a flicker of the next page showing your accounts, but after 0.2 secounds or so the Back functionality does return you as expected.
