I have three Windows 11 systems with valid Ultimate Security subscriptions. All three are still on Bitdefender 27. Are the upgrades still rolling out?

The new Bitdefender version is still rolling out, gradually. In the meantime, updates are in the works for v27 as well, because the two versions will still overlap for a while. Keep in mind that this not a casual update, but a transition to a completely new UI and more than that. This version has not been made available to all users at once, it's a staged rollout that may take months to complete.
The rollout is different with this one, so it's progressing incrementally over a longer timeframe to ensure stability and optimal performance across all systems, and may be targeted at specific locations in the initial phase.
