Opening Thunderbird Total Security Causes Message Pop Up Loop

After having installed Total Security 2009 (updated to most recent service level) whenever I open Mozilla Thunderbird I get a "Action could not be performed" message pop up asking to "please select one or email messages". Regardless how often I select OK it opens again and again. Also marking "don't show this message again" doesn't help. It keeps coming back immediately.

As it keeps popping up again it prevents me from accessing *any* mail. I can't even mark anything as asked for ...

Any thoughts?

Regards, Ingo

Deinstall the 2009 and then reinstall the Total Sec. 2008!
