Help! Nothing Seems To Work

Internet Security 2008


Real time Protection P2P and file access is disabled


Stealth mode and firewall are disabled.


I can not enable them.


I tried a reboot, no luck.


Then I uninstalled BD and reinstalled it, but I have the same issue.


Running AMD Phenon 9950 with Asus MB 4gig ram


XP SP3 32b


I have the BDRegnode and Sysdump if it helps.

    I had to take all my spyware etc out of my comp and disable the firewall, before I could get BD Antivirus 2009 to work, this was after a lot of work trying to get it to to work with them still on my comp.


    After getting BD to work, I re-installed the items and enabled the firewall and everything is fine and working.

    I got in touch with tech support.


    They advised to uninstall, and when reinstalling allow it to use the newer version.


    Works fine now.
