What do you mean by offline installation?

You can download Total Security from the link below and then transfer the kit on a removable drive (a CD or a memory stick) in order to install it on a PC that is offline:

However you also need to update BitDefender and you can manually update it using the link below:

You can access the setup file for Total Security 2009 directly from the link. You will be prompted to save the installation kit and you can select the removable drive as the location. After you save it, just transfer it on the PC without an internet connection in order to install it.
