Unable To See Dashboard On Bitdefender Antivirus 2009

Hello,

I just installed BitDefender Anti-virus 2009 after reinstalling my computer from scratch. It was previously infected with a virus.

Computer specs:

Microsoft Windows XP

Media Center Edition

Version 2002

Service Pack 3

Acer Incorporated

AMD Athlon™ 64X2 Dual

Core Processor 4200+

2.21 GHz, 2.00 Go RAM

At installation, I was able to view the dashboard. However, after reboot, I am unable to see the dashboard. All I get is a white box in the middle of the screen and the antivirus is not responding very well.
