Installation Of Assembly Component

in Bitdefender 2009 products

Hey everyone---


I have tried to install Defender Pro 15 in 1 2009 on my computer which has Vista Home Basic.. During installation I get an error message saying error occured during installation of assembly component, then the following {9BAE13A2-E7AF-D6C3-A01F-C8B3B9A1E18E} HRESULT:0x8007o54F.. I hope someone can help..

    I posted on this site via recommendation of Defender Pro tech support for resolution of this problem.. Apparantly someone else had this same problem, they are listed under topic #8764..

    Some of these install errors on Vista are fixed if you try to fully update the OS - please try that and see if it reoccurs.
