Trojan In Firefox

Options

Everything was fine yesterday. This morning, BitDefender AV 2008 decided that the Firefox file nssutil3.dll was a trojan (specifically TROJAN.GENERIC.1607990) and deleted it. Now, Firefox won't start. I tried redownloading and re-installing Firefox. When the exe starts to extract the files for installation, Bitdefender deletes the file, and we have the same problem. I haven't seen anything on this forum about it, but I found some posts on a French forum showing this isn't an isolated problem.

Is this a false positive? I have scanned the file with NAV 2009, and it says the file is OK. I can't attach the file in question because it says I can't upload that type of file.
