    The first suggestion that we have is to fully update your Vista using all the updates that are available on the Microsoft website for your operating system.


    Then restart, run this BitDefender uninstall tool to clean the unsuccessful install, restart and try to install BitDefender again.

    if thats case ill never run bitdefender am having problems with updates cant even update to service pack 1


    it says to me restart (ok) i restarted my pc and ran sp1 setup agine and told me AGINE to restart.


    i might erase this PC cuz of this.


    :(
