I Am So Disppointed At Bitdefender !
I've used BITDEFENDER TOTAL SECURITY for a long times.. And I enjoyed it..
But, nowadays, BITDEFENDER has many errors ( Update service unavailable, Firewall unavailable,... and make my system suspended )...
I am so disappointed at BITDEFENDER since then..
Then, I contacted BITDEFENDER assistant for help.. They gave me 1 link with 2 tools and told me to send them the result of the tools... I sent it.. It's has been more than 1 weeks.. but no reply.. I am also disappointed at BITDEFENDER assistant ...
I hope you will work better soon... then I will use your service... Thank you..

What happened was that the technician on Ticket ID 200905311004171 sent you some archives in a .zip format and Gmail - your e-mail provider - automatically blocks these attachments from reaching your Inbox and does not give you a notification concerning this.
We just sent you a new message on this ticket, please reply to it when you have the time.

I can not capture the screenshot because My system is suspended at this time.. Can not do anything... Just poweroff the system..
