Firewall Setting Cannot Be Changed From "all Allow"

I have Bitdefender Internet Security v10, build 108.


I cannot change the firewall from "All allow". I've tried repairing Bitdefender but no luck. Can anyone offer me a suggestion on what to do next?

    If you have Windows XP with Service Pack 2 or 3 , or Windows Vista we would suggest you to upgrade for free to BitDefender Internet Security 2009 following the steps from the next BitDefender article : http://www.bitdefender.com/KB451
