Scheduled Scans Not Working
I must say first of all , i am getting a little tired of having to come back to the forums all the time to search for a solution to my problems!! Should not have so many problems with a virus protection that claims to be so good.
Anyway, this is my third post for problems with this ...have uninstalled and reinstalled and repaired and whatever else and keep having the same problem ....scheduled scans will not run...cloned or not ! please see latest screenshot with latast popup .

Hello Ken63 ,
In order to be able to help you please reply to my email with the "sysdump.tar", "bdfileinfo.log" and "bdregnode.reg" files attached.
I believe i just told you that the file did not save as "sysdump.tar" so how am i supposed to send it to you that way!!
AND the link for how to send the files said nothing about sending "bdregnode.reg"
In order to be able to correctly identify the situation, please include as well a screen shot of the issue you encounter:
1. When the error message is on your desktop press the PrintScreen key (PrintScreen is located at the top of the keyboard, at right. At this step we can not see anything, as the picture is copied into Windows' clipboard);
2. Open the standard Paint program, that comes with every Windows installation (Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Paint);
3. Paste the picture (Edit -> Paste);
4. Save the file into the JPEG format into a location of your choice
After the above process ends make sure to send us the reports (sysdump.tar and bdfileinfo.log) and the screenshot.
tried to upload "bdregnode.reg"...........this is what i get.........Error Upload failed. You are not permitted to upload this type of file
I really would appreciate if you could make things a little easier.0 -

Ken ,
We sent you an email and we expect a reply from you with the files attached. Please do not post these report unless we are asking you to do this. These files contain personal information (programs that are installed on your system) that you may not want to be seen by everyone. Also , it will be more efficient for both of us to communicate and you will not encounter any problems in sending us the files that we need.
We have sent you another reply with a different diagnose tool that you need to run . We are waiting forward to your response .0
