I saw this post in the old post, but I could not add to it.
When I shut down, BDAgent.exe does not close. What could be the problem?

Hi Raziel
This is the post I referred to, only problem is that the message sometimes does not disappear and I have to force it to end. But then again, since posting this, it did close without any problems. Maybe the gurus at Bitdefender central fixed it.
