Along with the reports that we have asked you, please go to the next location : C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\BitDefender\Desktop\Temp and send us all the files that you will find there.

Hello Alex,
This method will not work any more because BDIS 2010 has fixed itself by re-create this file again and again after turn on the computer. More solution please, before I turn back on your products.0 -
