Windows Media Extender Xbox Setup Help Please

Hi. I just got an xbox and am anxious to get Windows Media Center working with xbox so I can watch stuff from my pc on my tv. So far I cannot get anything to see each other.


What do I need to check to make sure BitDefender isn't what is stopping communication? I have several MS things on "Deny" and I'm wondering if they need to be allowed. (explorer.exe)

    btw... I have a 2-wire router that I opened the ports on for xbox. I have poked around in BitDefender settings trying to find anything to open up. I tried turning on Game Mode but that didn't do it either so I turned it off again.

    We recommend you to upgrade for free to BitDefender 2010 following the next steps. Our new version have an improved firewall and you should not have any issues connecting your Xbox to your computer after that .
