Game Mode Won't Turn Off

I am having a problem with my game mode, i turned it on and now it won't turn off, because it wont turn off i can't update. Any and all help is appreciated.

    Hello shawnthegamer,


    Open BitDefender in Expert Mode, click on the Game/ Laptop Mode module . Click on the "Turn Off Game Mode" button and this option should stop being active .
