at the antivirus settings i could choose the first and the second actions for infected files, but i want to decide what to do for every individual infection whether the file should be deleted or sent to quarantine or just to block it

Hi dr.nazy,
You can set default actions to Deny Access and Continue to both steps (both, when infected and suspected file detected).
It will ask you to select an action when an infected file or a suspected file were detected. File will not be deleted and access to file will be blocked by default. I don't know if this is what you need but at least you can try.
