I Have Problem About Bitdefender Internet Security 2010 With Utorrent

I have problem about bitdefender internet security 2010 with utorrent and portforward


utorrent can't upload like before i install bitdefender i try to set rule to allow utorrent program but it not work too .


how i can fix it.


My system is


windows 7 ultimate


bitdefender internet security 2010


utorrent 1.8.5(with portforward)

    For start, let's determine what is causing this issue. Please follow the steps bellow and let us know what happens :


    1. Open BitDefender, click on the Settings button then choose the Expert Mode . Select the Firewall module and temporarily disable it ; -> check if the same issue occurs ;


    2. If you manage to upload without any problems, please re-enable the Firewall . Click on the Network tab and then select the Network tab in the upper menu and click on the current "Network Type", pull down the drop-down menu and select "Trusted Local", Stealth to "No" and Generic to "Yes"; -> check if the same issue occurs ;


    If you have the same issues, please upload the following reports on http://www.sendspace.com/ then post here the download links :


    "profiles.xml" and "rules.xml" from C:\Program Files\BitDefender\BitDefender 2010\Firewall


    "firewall.txt" located in : C:\Program Files\Common Files\BitDefender\BitDefender Firewall

    Yes,it can upload but when i enable firewall again upload become 0. and then i can't connect to other peers any more but i can also connect to tracker. and port forward from my router become error(if i disable firewall port forward is ok.)

    Hello maxzzxam,


    Please open BitDefender, click on the Settings button then choose the Expert Mode . Select the Firewall then click on the Traffic tab. Please search for any processes belonging to uTorrent , click on "+" next to it and check in order to see if it has the Action "Deny" -> if this is the case please double click on the entry and change the action to "Allow".


    If the same issue occurs, please browse to the next location :C:\Program Files\BitDefender\BitDefender 2010\Firewall , look after the "rules.xml" file, upload it on http://www.sendspace.com/ , then post here the download link .


    Also please follow the instructions from the email that we have sent you and reply back with the report that we need.
