Antivirus Scan Never Finishes
So i have bitdefender 2009 and i haven't been able to scan my pc for malware 1 month, i click on fix the scan starts and then
after 1 our it blocks and the whole screen becomes blue and it says: A problem has occured... and shuts down... so how can i fix it if it shuts down every time..i don't know why

We have analyzed the files you sent us and came to the conclusion that you might have another security software or a driver which could enter in conflict with BitDefender.
